Patient Care Coordinator – Telecalling

Role Responsibilities:

• Call new and past patient enquiries to understand their needs.
• Book appointments across clinic locations.
• Follow up with patients for confirmations, reminders, and missed appointments.
• Update lead status, appointment status, and basic records in the system.
• Coordinate with the front desk and internal team for smooth patient communication.

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent speaking skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, front desk, customer support, or healthcare coordination. Freshers may also apply.
• Clear and patient-friendly communication skills.
• Disciplined with follow-ups and daily updates.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working from our Gachibowli location.
