Door Security

We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, and visitors by patrolling and monitoring activities on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and authorize entrance and exit of employees, visitors, and other persons
• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence
• Observe for signs of crime, disorder, or unusual activity
• Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances
• Report daily activities and irregularities such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unauthorized access
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
• Assist in emergency situations and follow proper evacuation procedures
• Maintain a professional and alert demeanor during duty hours

Requirements

• Proven experience as a security guard or in a related field is preferred
• Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures
• Ability to operate surveillance systems and emergency equipment
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Minimum qualification: High School / Equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in security training or relevant field
• Experience in handling emergency situations
• Knowledge of basic first aid and safety procedures

Working Conditions

• Rotational shifts including day/night duty
• Work may involve standing for long hours
• Indoor and outdoor responsibilities

Additional Information

Candidates must be punctual, disciplined, and capable of handling responsibilities independently. Prior experience in hospitals, corporate offices, or residential complexes will be an added advantage.
