What qualifications do I need to apply as a dentist?

A BDS degree is the minimum requirement for general dentist roles. For specialist positions (Orthodontist, Prosthodontist, Endodontist, etc.), an MDS in the relevant discipline is required. We also value hands-on clinical experience and a patient-first attitude.
Do you offer internship programs for BDS students?

Yes! We offer 6-month clinical internship rotations across all 4 branches. Interns get hands-on exposure to advanced equipment, real patient cases, and mentorship from senior specialists. Many of our interns go on to join us full-time.
What is the selection process like?

Our process includes: (1) Resume screening, (2) Phone/video interview with HR, (3) Clinical assessment or task-based evaluation, (4) In-person interview with the branch head, (5) Offer and onboarding. The entire process typically takes 2–3 weeks.
Can I work at any branch or is it fixed?

You'll be assigned a primary branch based on your preference and vacancy availability. However, cross-branch rotations are available and encouraged for professional development.

I'm not a dentist. Are there non-clinical roles?

Absolutely. We regularly hire for front desk / patient coordination, digital marketing, operations, and administrative roles. Non-clinical team members are valued as essential to the patient experience at Dr. Gowds.
