BDS Dentist | Clinical, Brand & Dental Awareness Lead

We need a BDS who can treat patients by day and build the brand by day 2.

Role Overview:

You’ll split your time 70% Clinical + 30% Branding & Awareness.
Think of it as: Chairside Dentist + Face of the Hospital Online.

Key Responsibilities

A. Clinical Excellence [70%]

Diagnose and treat a wide range of dental cases: fillings, RCT, extractions, aligners, cosmetic dentistry, pediatric careMaintain high standards of sterilization, patient comfort, and ethical practiceEducate patients on treatment plans in simple, non-technical language

B.Branding & Dental Awareness [30%]

• Be the face on social media: Create/reel in Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts on dental myths, oral hygiene, before/after educationals
• Content collaboration: Work with our marketing team to plan monthly themes — e.g. “No Tobacco Month”, “Kids Oral Health Week”
• Community outreach: Lead free dental camps, school/college awareness drives, and local influencer collaborations
• Patient reviews & trust building: Help patients share genuine experiences online and respond to queries professionally
• Hospital brand voice: Bring a modern, friendly, non-intimidating tone to how we communicate dentistry

What We’re Looking For:

• BDS Degree from a DCI-recognized college. MDS is a plus, not mandatory
• Clinically confident with independent OPD handling
• Social Media Active: You already post, or you’re comfortable on camera. Instagram Reels / YouTube / LinkedIn experience is a big plus
• Great communicator: Can explain a root canal in 30 seconds without scaring someone
• Growth mindset: Excited to build a personal + hospital brand, not just clock in/out
• Hyderabad/Telangana local language comfort preferred for patient connect
